Job Summary:

Responsible for the daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy department including all administrative, fiscal, and technical activities to ensure efficient provision of high quality health care services. The Director is responsible for quality control activities, performance improvement, and clinical operations of the department. Additionally, the Director plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates the work of the department and coordinates its efforts with other areas of the hospital. The Director is also responsible for meeting all regulatory requirements related to Respiratory Therapy.
