Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with organizational objectives and best industry practices.
Lead the recruitment and onboarding of talent and provide guidance to the regional teams to maintain high engagement and performance.
Align regional compensation teams and CHROs with the new strategy.
