Job Summary

Director, Regional Health Economics Market Access (RHEMA) Surgery, APAC – Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery Business. This end‑to‑end role focuses on MedTech implants and enabling technologies for surgery, including Advanced Wound Closure, Haemostasis, Endo Mechanical, Energy and Robotics. The position reports to the Senior Director Global & Regional HEMA, Surgery USA and partners cross‑functionally to build and execute integrated market access strategies that leverage health economics and value creation for the adoption and payment of Surgery MedTech innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide global and regional cross‑functional NPI teams on strategic integrated market access assessment and requirements to optimize prioritized APAC commercialization.
