As Director, Real Estate Systems, reporting directly to the Vice President, Real Estate Systems, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and advancing the technology platforms that support our national real estate portfolio. This role helps ensure both our enterprise and building systems are aligned to business strategy, scalable, secure, and continuously evolving.

You will play a leadership role, along with the Director, Enterprise Systems, and Director, Building Systems in the evolution of both Enterprise Systems (with a primary focus on Yardi) and Building Systems (BMS, IoT, and smart technologies)—driving integration, modernization, and business value.
