Director, Product Management & Strategy – AI & Digital Transformation

As a Director in the RBC AI Group, you will define and drive the AI product strategy, enabling scalable and reusable AI solutions for large‑scale AI & Digital Transformation (ADT) programs.

• Provide proactive thought leadership and strategy support to senior leadership of the AI group.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and articulate a comprehensive AI product strategy aligned with ADT programs.
