Strategic Vision & AI Innovation
Pioneer Agentic Solutions: Develop and deliver compelling business cases for new agents and services. Define MVPs and iteratively evolve services as new data, skills, and LLM capabilities become available. Drive the AI Roadmap: Collaborate closely with the clinical team to create visionary mid-term (2-3 year), quarterly and annual Services roadmaps. Vet these roadmaps with prospects, buyers, and primary care users to ensure market-leading relevance. Identify Future Needs: Proactively identify new skills and data needed to support the evolution of Tom Services, elevating these needs for product roadmap prioritization.
