Job Summary

The Advanced Engineering Director will be based in Taiwan Taipei Wugu Site. This role is accountable for the development of technology and platform for next generation high power supplies. This job will supervise a team of engineers and technician. The job encompass development of next 3-5 years technology roadmap, proof of concept, platform working prototypes, design simulations, patent application and technology presentation materials. This job require engagement with suppliers and industry work groups on latest available technology, research of new inventions, collaboration with product development design teams, communication and presentation to customers, marketing and senior executives.
