Position Summary
Ricoh North America (RNA) is seeking a Post‑Merger Integration (PMI) Lead to accelerate value realization from acquisitions and partnerships supporting our growth strategy in the North American market, with a primary focus on technology and software (Tech/SW) transactions. This role owns end‑to‑end integration program leadership, from diligence and Day‑1 readiness through Day‑100 stabilization and ongoing synergy realization; ensuring integration scope, costs, timelines, and value levers are clearly defined, actively managed, and delivered.

Reporting into the Corporate Development/M&A function, the PMI Lead is the single accountable owner for integration governance, cross‑functional execution, and executive reporting for assigned deals.
