The PE portfolio tax team at EY works alongside the M&A tax and funds tax teams to deliver a comprehensive, integrated tax service to PE funds and their portfolio companies. We are passionate about advising clients throughout the investment lifecycle, addressing tax opportunities and risks while building strong relationships with management teams and supporting them through to exit.
