PVD Technology Leadership (Primary Focus)
Define and execute the long‑term strategy for PVD technology development and capability expansion.Lead evaluation, testing, and industrialisation of new PVD equipment, coating materials, and deposition methods.Ensure stability, repeatability, and high yield in PVD processes across all product lines.Drive R&D collaboration on new materials, coatings, and surface technologies to support upcoming collections.Serve as the company's technical expert for PVD troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and continuous optimization.
