- Build and operate the AMS overseas sales system.
- Establish an international sales network and localized management framework.
- Support domestic clients' global expansion initiatives.
- Drive scalable growth of AMS international advertising business.
Skills Required
- Proven track record in building and scaling international sales organizations from the ground up (0-to-1 experience essential).
- Deep understanding of the global advertising technology landscape; familiarity with AMS or similar ad platform businesses strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in cross-border go-to-market strategy and localized sales operations across APAC and/or European markets.
- Hands‑on experience with post‑merger integration, particularly in cross‑cultural and multi‑regional settings.
