The Director of Operations is responsible for managing the overall performance and profitability of multiple Transportation, Flow Through or Warehouse facilities. The Director of Operations leads and manages all activities related to the functioning of the service centers in order to meet or exceed customer expectations and to achieve facility and company goals for operating revenue, growth, sales, and service for the service area.
