Position Summary


The Director, Operations and Learning (DOL) oversees the day-to-day activities and the educational program of the Learning and Teaching Nexus (Nexus) at the New York University School of Professional Studies (SPS). The Director manages work to support SPS faculty and advances the NYU SPS Learning Ecosystem across the following areas: Learner-Centric Course Architecture; Goal-Driven Technology Adoption; Incubation of Teaching Initiatives and Experiments; Learning Data and Research; and Course Design and Development Sessions. The Director works with Nexus leadership to ensure that the Nexus services model is comprehensive, coherent, and continuously evolving to meet the needs of the SPS community.
