GENERAL FUNCTIONS:

The Director of Workforce Training Development advances Genesee Community College's mission, vision, and values by leading the non-credit portfolio within the Division of Academic Affairs. This role oversees the design and delivery of technical training and community education programs and collaborates across the College to support student success through credit for prior learning, stackable credentials, and micro credentials.

Critical to this role is the ability to establish and maintain relationships within and beyond the GCC campus community, collaborating with various industry and community partners.
