Network Development Director (NWD) is a pivotal inβcountry role responsible for delivering the network growth of Regus locations, communicating market growth, and selling the Regus proposition within the assigned area.
Develop new locations: identify, analyse and negotiate agreements to open sites in line with strategic and financial growth objectives.
Network planning: contribute to the business plan to achieve Regus growth targets in the country; benchmark existing Business Centre performance and competitor performance.
Marketing planning: select the best fit brand/products for the local demographic, optimize the use of brokers/agents, and explore portfolio or franchising opportunities.
Site selection and evaluation: conduct site surveys and supervise technical surveys; lead and manage lease negotiation, including commercial and legal documentation.
