Director of Tax-Financial Administration-Corporate-Full Time-Day

The Director of Tax is responsible for the preparation, review, and filing of all federal and state tax compliance filings for the hospital system and its related entities. This position reports directly to the VP of Finance. 

The primary responsibility of this role is the direct preparation and coordination of IRS Forms 990 (including all required schedules), Form 990-T (if applicable), and state charitable filings including CHAR500. The Director will actively gather data, prepare workpapers, draft disclosures, and work closely with external tax advisors to ensure complete and accurate reporting.

This role requires strong technical expertise in nonprofit healthcare tax reporting and the ability to manage multi-entity structures within a hospital system.
