Position Overview



Greater Egleston seeks a Director who is an innovative and driven leader responsible for the school’s daily operations, facilities management, and the implementation of robust student support systems. This role integrates academic advancement , relational accountability, and leave to learn partnership opportunities to ensure students are prepared for post-secondary success through college and career readiness initiatives.



GEHS operates under an Election to Work Agreement (EWA), which includes responsibilities beyond the standard BTU contract such as extended days, additional duties, and professional development.
