MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our high-growth Canadian food manufacturing client to recruit a Director of Sales - Private Label. The role is focused on driving large-scale contract manufacturing partnerships with Tier-1 retailers across North America, leveraging best-in-class product development, sourcing, and production capabilities to deliver high-volume store brand solutions.

Some of what you will do:

Identify, target, and win new private label and contract manufacturing opportunities across Canada and the United States

Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve aggressive revenue and capacity utilization targets
