Position Overview

Job Description

As Director of Sales, you will be a key pillar of the hotel, leading the Sales Department with energy, passion, and purpose. You will oversee the daily operations of the sales team—motivating, guiding, and empowering them to deliver exceptional results in line with NH Hotels’ standards of excellence.

In this role, you will take ownership of developing and implementing the hotel’s annual sales, marketing, and business plans, as well as preparing the departmental operating budget. Working closely with the Revenue Manager, you will contribute to accurate forecasting, identify new business opportunities, and design creative initiatives—such as special events and sales blitzes—to position the hotel effectively in the market.
