Position Overview:
Cambria Hotel Lake Placid is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales to lead the property’s sales strategy and revenue growth. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that grow occupancy, ADR, and total hotel revenue across key segments including group, leisure, corporate, and local business.
Located in the heart of the Adirondacks, Cambria Hotel Lake Placid offers a modern upscale experience with stunning lake and mountain views, a full-service restaurant and bar, and flexible meeting and event space. The Director of Sales will play a key role in positioning the hotel as a top lodging and event destination in the region.
This position reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with revenue management, marketing, and property leadership to drive results.
