Staff Connection is looking for a HOSPITALITY BASED DIRECTOR OF RESERVATIONS & REVENUE in the Western Cape.

The Director of Revenue & Reservations will lead and oversee the company’s reservations, revenue management, and DMC booking operations across all lodges, camps, and safari experiences.

This role carries responsibility for driving commercial performance, ensuring reservation efficiency, optimizing systems and processes, coordinating operational delivery, and managing the end-to-end guest booking journey — from initial enquiry through to travel completion.

The successful candidate must be technically strong, commercially astute, and bring proven senior management experience within a luxury 5-star hospitality environment.
