The Director of Residential and Day Services provides strategic leadership for Racker’s Residential, Free-Standing Respite, and Day Programs, ensuring alignment with the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values. The Director is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery through effective oversight of operations, budgets, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
