This role leads regulatory strategy across the full innovation pipeline and product lifecycle — from early-stage formula assessment to global market compliance — ensuring the brand moves fast without losing its footing.

You're a regulatory expert who thinks like a business partner. You bring deep knowledge of cosmetic and OTC regulations across U.S. and international markets, and you know how to translate complex compliance requirements into clear guidance that keeps innovation moving. Working closely with Brand Leadership, R&D, Marketing, and the Global Prestige RA network, you'll shape the regulatory direction of new product development while serving as the brand's authority on emerging frameworks like MoCRA and evolving global standards. You're as comfortable in the room where decisions get made as you are in the details of a PIF — and you know how to make both matter.
