Director of Activities & Recreation – Southwest Florida

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Activities & Recreation for a large, family-friendly resort in Southwest Florida. This is a highly visible, guest-facing leadership role responsible for creating and delivering engaging programming for adults, children, and families.

The Director will oversee all resort activities, including beach and pool operations, kids club programming, waterpark experiences, and overall, on-property recreation. This individual will be instrumental in shaping the guest experience through innovative, high-energy, and well-executed programming.

The ideal candidate is exceptionally outgoing, confident, and comfortable being “on stage,” with the ability to engage and energize large groups of guests. A natural entertainer and leader, this person thrives in interactive environments and knows how to create memorable experiences.
