Role Overview The Director of Product and Design owns the full product lifecycle at Kraymer Art, from concept and roadmap planning through design oversight, production, and launch.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing all designers and all product categories, with the deepest focus on jewelry alongside watches, purses, and fashion accessories.

The role reports directly to the founder and serves as the primary decision-maker between creative direction and commercial viability.

Success requires both strong taste aligned with the Kraymer brand and the commercial instincts to know what will actually sell, to whom, and at what price.
