Our program is seeking a Director of Post-Secondary Advancement, Student Support, and Operations to manage the day-to-day operations of a two-site program and to guide the academic intervention, behavior support, and wraparound services staff, with a focus on student-centered learning, trauma-informed leadership, and successful transition outcomes. They are responsible for ensuring the consistency, efficiency, and safety of both campuses and for coordinating data-driven support services for all high-needs learners while building a safe, structured, and restorative justice-based school culture and climate. The Director of Post-Secondary Advancement, Student Support and Operations also collaborates with community organizations, workforce programs, and outside agencies that offer enrichment and youth development opportunities.
