About the role At Prypco, talent is our biggest force multiplier. We treat performance as a CEO-level priority, not an HR function. We are hiring a Director of Performance and Talent Management to own it holistically—KPIs, incentives, and the talent framework that holds it all together.
Responsibilities - Build and run Prypco's performance mechanism: review cycles, feedback, calibration, reporting.
- Partner with team leads to address under-performance and raise the talent bar.
- Design incentives that make performance matter and align with equity, salary benchmarks, promotion and raise policies.
- Act as the quality‑assurance function for KPIs across the company.
- Evolve the talent framework, including succession, career paths, and DEI.
- Be a credible point of reference for managers and execs.
