This role leads all OSP operations, maintenance, and network performance, ensuring a reliable, scalable, and high‑performing infrastructure. This role owns strategy execution, organizational effectiveness, and budget management while aligning OSP initiatives with corporate goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The Director provides accountable leadership, drives continuous improvement, and ensures strong operational, financial, and network outcomes across fiber, HFC, and long‑haul networks.
