Position Summary: The Director of Operations is a key member of the Hotel Executive Committee and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions at Andaz West Hollywood, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and alignment with Hyatt brand standards. This leader will work closely with department heads to elevate the guest experience, drive financial performance, support colleague engagement, and maintain a culture that reflects the spirit of Andaz.
