Director of Operations – Specialty Pharma Services

A rapidly growing pharmaceutical services company is seeking a Director Operations to quarterback the management and development of all site operations. This is an exciting opportunity to build and develop a team from the ground up and to hold a key leadership role going forward as a part of a closely knit executive team that will guide this company through future growth.

The qualified candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience working within a specialty pharmaceutical services environment. Ideally you will have experience building out a new service offering as this person will need to quickly acquire and validate new equipment, assemble a team and establish performance standards and metrics.
