**Primary Job Functions**

+ • Develop and execute integrated business strategies for construction and IFM that align with company objectives and regional operational conditions. With a focus on collaboration and execution related to CBRE Safety initiatives and Near Miss Good Catch program.• Participate in strategic planning initiatives and drive the implementation of enterprise‑wide best practices across both service lines. • Prepare and manage detailed regional P&L budgets, monitor expenditures, lead financial reporting, and ensure overall financial accountability and performance.
