A growing agricultural estate in the Alentejo is looking for a hands‑on leader to take charge of an expanding farming platform: 640 hectares of olive groves, almond plantations and new super‑intensive olive production, plus a 120‑head cattle herd.

This is not a desk job. You'll work side by side with ownership, with real autonomy and a direct impact on every decision, from irrigation and mechanization to new plantations and the long‑term expansion of the estate.
