Position Overview
Job Summary: The
Director of Nursing (NICU) provides leadership and strategic support to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in overseeing all nursing and designated patient care functions within the hospital. This role is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices across multiple units while ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care. This position holds 24/7 accountability for assigned areas and plays a pivotal role in supporting the competency development of clinical staff, resource management, and operational excellence in nursing services.
