Director of Nursing (DON) – Large LTC Facility in White Plains

Salary: $200K – $250K + Full Benefits

A well-established large Long-Term Care facility is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and oversee nursing staff.

This role requires a proven nursing leader with prior DON experience in a large LTC setting who can drive high standards of care, strong team leadership, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Current RN license


• 5+ years of LTC experience


• 2+ years as DON or in senior nursing leadership


• Strong clinical leadership and team management skills
