Minor Hotels are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Director of MICE to lead and grow our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue performance, strengthening key partnerships, and positioning our properties as leading MICE destinations.

As Director of MICE, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and driving revenue across a portfolio of properties. You will oversee key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure alignment with broader organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
