Position Summary

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Leased Housing Programs has overall responsibility for the administration, implementation, compliance, operational management, and performance of the Authority's federal and state rental assistance programs.

The Director oversees program utilization, budget performance, regulatory compliance, reporting accuracy, program integrity, staff development, landlord relations, and strategic initiatives designed to ensure long-term program sustainability. The Director is responsible for ensuring that leased housing programs operate efficiently and effectively while maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and Authority requirements.
