Position Overview
**Description:**
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading the HR function to support Hyatt’s purpose of _caring for people so they can be their best_ . This role oversees all HR operations, including talent acquisition, colleague engagement, learning & development, performance management, compensation, and compliance. The Director ensures that HR strategies align with Hyatt brand standards and local regulations while fostering a culture of care, diversity, and inclusion.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in hospitality.
+ Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
+ Experience with HRIS systems; Hyatt systems experience is an advantage.
