Position Overview
Lead strategic HR initiatives as the Director of Human Resources, working four days a week in the office. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and operational execution across Canada.
The Director will provide enterprise-level HR leadership, advising on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. With 10-15 years of HR experience, you will manage diverse initiatives including employee relations, health & safety programs, and recruitment strategies while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion within the firm’s offices.
