BluePearl is now hiring for a Director of House Officer Programs! We are seeking a specialty veterinarian who has a demonstrated capacity to create compelling vision and purpose, coach, educate and mentor clinicians.

This is a remote position with frequent travel up to 40% travel.

The Director of House Officer Program leads the development and implementation of all BluePearl house officer development programs, policies, and objectives to create and maintain a healthy pipeline of clinical talent. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders to assess house officer training and development needs as well as to gauge the effectiveness of established programs. The Director of House Officer Programs develops the strategic plan and sets direction of residency program and internships (rotating/specialty).
