Job Responsibilities

Location: Vancouver, BC (hybrid). Requires full‑time availability 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime. The position acts as the VP Finance’s right hand for capital market readiness, mergers and acquisitions, investor engagement, and enterprise‑level finance‑related transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

IPO Leadership & Public Company Readiness

• Lead and own the end‑to‑end U.S. IPO readiness and execution program, serving as the central point of accountability across Finance, Legal, Tax, Executive Leadership, auditors, underwriters, and external advisors.
• Maintain a best‑in‑class investor data room and respond promptly and thoroughly to investor and sell‑side analyst requests.
• Act as the key contact for sell‑side analysts.
