You will be responsible for overseeing the Accounting Department, a core position in the company's operations.

・Reporting to operators and owners
・Budget creation and management
・Management of accounting, purchasing, and IT operations and personnel
・Supervision and review of monthly journal entries
・Management of subordinates' tasks and personnel development etc

・経理/購買/ITの業務と人材の管理
・月次の仕訳の監督、精査
・部下の業務管理、人材育成 など

**Qualifications:**

【Application Requirements】
Native Japanese level, Business English intermediate or above
Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proactive, flexible and positive mindset
Team player, good communication and team management skills
Luxury hotel or hospitality industry experience preferred
