Description
We’re seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead finance and accounting for a growing architecture and design firm. This hands-on leader will oversee transactional and operational accounting, month‑end close, FP& A, project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management — plus manage and mentor a small finance team.


Compensation: $140 - 160K + bonus

Office schedule: 3 days onsite
