Philadelphia Country Club in Gladwyne, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Director of Facilities & Infrastructure to join one of the country's most storied private clubs, consistently recognized as a Platinum Club of America. Spanning 300 acres, PCC operates year-round with a full calendar of golf, dining, athletics, racquet sports, aquatics, and wellness programming supported by approximately 300 full- and part-time staff.
The Director of Facilities & Infrastructure is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operational integrity of 11 buildings and campus-wide systems, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, sewer treatment, stormwater, telecommunications, and site utilities. The role leads a five-person engineering department and holds ownership of capital planning, vendor strategy, and project management for construction and infrastructure projects.
