Position Overview

MISSION

The candidate will be Responsible for the overall organization, productivity, and quality of the Estimating Department and the Operational Performance function across the Middle East region. He/She will Ensure excellence in tender strategy, bid preparation, cost accuracy, and performance reporting in line with Colas Middle East standards and the company’s strategic objectives in road construction and maintenance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. ESTIMATING & TENDERS 
Lead and guarantee the quality, competitiveness, and strategic alignment of the regional order book.

Guide the regional tender strategy by analyzing market trends, client requirements, pricing dynamics, and competitor positioning.

Manage, supervise, and develop the local estimating managers and their teams.

Oversee the preparation of high‑quality tender submissions involving strategic elements.
