Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Engineering to lead our property operations and uphold the highest standards of safety, functionality, and guest satisfaction.As a member of the property’s Leadership Committee, this is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Position Summary

The Director of Engineering is responsible for the overall operation of the Engineering department, including the appearance and working order of the hotel, its systems, infrastructure, and IT function. This role requires a hands-on leader who can work independently and collaboratively, ensuring the property remains safe, efficient, and visually appealing.

This position also oversees and supports the hotel’s IT function, working closely with a remote IT Manager to ensure reliable technology infrastructure and systems that support both guest services and internal operations.
