About the role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Director of Engineering to join our team at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur, a 5-star hotel located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will see you lead and oversee all engineering and maintenance operations to ensure the highest standards of safety, efficiency, sustainability, and guest comfort across the hotel.
What you'll be doing
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Engineering department
Ensure all hotel facilities, plant rooms, M&E systems, HVAC systems, and equipment are maintained to the highest operational standards
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and engineering procedures
Lead, train, and motivate the engineering team to deliver efficient and reliable support services
Monitor energy consumption and drive sustainability and cost-saving initiatives
