Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and technical Engineering Director to lead our engineering teams and manage multiple teams within the Source engineering organization in India. This individual will be responsible for establishing a high-tech engineering culture, attracting and hiring top talent, providing full support to a business value stream, and developing team members. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building distributed cloud systems with high availability and scale and will be accountable for the entire product delivery.
