The Chapman Group is assisting its client, the Town of Woodstock, in recruiting a Director of Engineering and Municipal Services. The Director of Engineering and Municipal Services will provide strategic direction and technical leadership across municipal operations involving engineering, transportation, infrastructure construction, property and building maintenance, and water and sewer systems.
