A 370-bed regional medical center in San Antonio, TX (78212) is seeking a Director of Emergency Services. The role. The Director of Emergency Services reports to the CNO and oversees a team of approximately 100 staff, including two managers, CNCs, and EMS techs. This leader drives clinical quality and patient safety by identifying and implementing evidence-based practices, managing variation in clinical practice, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
