An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Director of Electrical Engineering (Power) for their Detroit team!
Responsibilities:
Lead the Facilities Power team (medium and highvoltage substation, transmission line, etc.)
Responsible for the growth and development of substation
design/construction projects through the Midwest:
oRegional growth
oForecast
oStrategic initiatives
oPerformance oversight
oBusiness development strategy
Build/maintain relationships with top Power related clients in the Region
Collaborate with other company team leaders to grow and sustain an integrated practice
Maintain highest level of quality project performance, client management, and community involvement to ensure company reputation
Responsible for key performance indicators for Power related projects in the region including project performance
